Tara Hickman

Tara Hickman has a diverse work experience in the field of design, with a focus on product and user experience (UX) design. Tara is currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Go1 since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Service NSW as the Principal Product Designer from May 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior UX Designer at Airteam from August 2018 to April 2021. Tara also worked as a UX Designer at Optus from June 2016 to June 2018 and as a UX/UI Designer at Commonwealth Bank from January 2015 to June 2016. Tara also has experience as a Freelance Digital Designer, managing their own clients directly and working with various agencies such as Precinct, 360 Entertainment, and Tara Hickman Design. Additionally, they have also served as an Art Director at AT2 Casting and as a Lead Web Designer at Girls Come 1st.

Tara Hickman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design from Western Sydney University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Tara also completed courses in Human-Centered Design at Luma Institute in 2019, UXD at General Assembly in 2014, and HTML, CSS & Responsive Code at Shillington College in 2015.
