Alfie Soneja has been working in the customer service field since 2010. Alfie began their career as a Customer Service Representative for Sitel, working on a Telecommunications company in the US. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Transcom. Alfie then moved on to Teleperformance, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative from 2013 to 2016. After that, they joined WNS Global Services SA, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative in the Claims Department, as well as in the Outbound Department, helping callers lodge claims on their Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Content Insurance. In 2018, they moved to TeleTech Philippines, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they began working as a Direct Support and a Virtual Assistant.
Alfie Soneja completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Education from the Philippine Rehabilitation Institute between 2008 and 2009.
