Carole Yuzon has been working in the field since 2007, when they started as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Aegis. In 2009, they moved to 24/7, Inc as a Customer Service Agent (CSA). In 2013, they joined XSPlatforms Philippines Incorporated as a Team Manager. In 2014, they became a Consultant at Global Learning Support, a company based in Australia. In 2016, they returned to Team Manager role at CSSCorp. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at both Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters. Her current role is Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Go2, which they have been in since 2022.

Carole Yuzon obtained their BSED in English Language and Literature, General from Saint Louis College between 2006 and 2009. Carole also obtained their BSED in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Saint Louis School Girls High department between 2002 and 2006. In May 2022, they obtained a Basic Agent certification from Gorgias Academy.
