Katie Yamashita

Katie Yamashita has held a variety of roles in their career, beginning in 2004 as a Math Teacher for Broward County Schools. In 2006, they became an Instructional Designer for CompassLearning. From 2007 to 2019, they held various roles at Time Warner Cable, including Customer Experience Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Sales & Retention Performance Coach, and Instructional Designer. Katie then moved to VEGAMOUR, INC. in 2016 as Head of Customer Experience. Finally, they joined Go2 in 2019 as Head of Partner Acquisition and Head of Customer & Employee Experience.

Katie Yamashita obtained their BA in Religious Studies and Art from Pomona College between 2000 and 2004. In 2015, they obtained an Instructional Design Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Stout Company Page. Katie then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 2015 and 2017.
