MJ Lansangan

MJ Lansangan has worked in various roles since 2004. MJ started at Sitel - Simplus Pty Ltd/VMA as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative, then progressed to Subject Matter Expert and Coach - Customer Service and Technical Support. In 2012, they moved to TeleTech - Telstra as a Coach. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Freelancer.com in various roles, including Employee Relations Manager, Senior Manager, Customer Experience, Head, Email Customer Support, and Complaints Lead. Currently, they are working at Go2 as Head of IT and Employee.

MJ Lansangan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration between 1999 and 2004. In 2021, MJ Lansangan obtained a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera.
