Olabimpe Sangowawa GPHR SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Learning & Inclusion and previously as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Development at GOAL Global since January 2021. Prior to this role, Olabimpe worked as a freelance consultant and coach in 2020, following a significant tenure at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from 2012 to 2019, where positions included Group Talent Process Effectiveness Manager and Country Talent Director. Additional experience includes roles such as Head of Talent Development & Engagement at Airtel Nigeria, Organizational Development Manager at Zain, and HR Manager at Celtel International B.V. Olabimpe holds an M.Sc. in Facilities & Environment Management from UCL and a B.Tech in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology Minna, along with global HR certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.
