Jennifer Sutherland

Jennifer Sutherland has a diverse work background, with experience in teaching languages and working in partnerships and research. Jennifer started as a middle and lower schools Spanish teacher at Stevenson School in 2019, where they taught multiple grade levels and adapted to remote instruction during Covid-19. From 2020 to 2021, they taught middle and high school Spanish at Khan Lab School, where they used a skill-mastery and project-based approach in a remote learning environment. In 2021, they worked as a district partnership research specialist at CommonLit, generating leads and maintaining accurate data records. In 2022, they worked as an associate proposal specialist at IXL Learning before joining Goalbook in 2023 as a partnerships and RFP support specialist.

Jennifer Sutherland completed their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Spanish from Salve Regina University in 2018. Jennifer then pursued their Master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College and completed it in 2019. Jennifer also holds a PreK-12 Spanish Teaching Certificate from the Rhode Island Department of Education, but it is unclear when they obtained it. Jennifer recently obtained a Salesforce Trailhead Adventurer certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2021.
