Jo Ann Marie Steinbauer, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jo Ann Marie began their career in 2004 with the Urban Learning Collaborative as a Coordinator of Professional Learning Services and later moved up to Administrator of Professional Learning Services. In 2010, they joined CESA 6 as the Coordinator of Differentiated Teaching & Learning before becoming the Director of Educator Effectiveness/Instructional Services. In 2014, they began working at Frontline Education as the Director of Research & Data Analysis and Market Owner of Professional Growth. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Goalbook as the Lead Impact Researcher & Evaluator.
Jo Ann Marie Steinbauer, Ph.D. has a long and varied educational history. Jo Ann Marie obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, their Master of Arts in Education/Professional Development from Cardinal Stritch University, their Bachelor of Arts in German/Education from St. Norbert College, and studied German Language and Literature at the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität in Münster, Germany. In addition, they hold a number of certifications, including Certified Analytics Professional (CAP-I) from SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Director of Instruction (10) from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Pragmatic Marketing Certified from Pragmatic Marketing, Principal (51) from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Teacher, German K-12 from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and Teacher, K-8 from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
