Visham Sikand

Visham Sikand is the Chairman and Founder of Goals101, a company that provides preventative health care plans in India. Visham is also the founder of Plat5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd., a company that provides fee programs for some of the world's biggest banks.

Sikand started their first company, Plat5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd., in 2007. The company quickly became successful, generating a turnover of 400 crore rupees (approximately 60 million US dollars) in just four years. In 2011, Plat5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd. was acquired by IHO (Indian Health Organisation Pvt Ltd), an Aetna Inc USA company.

Sikand continued to work for IHO for four years after the acquisition, before handing over management of the company to new leadership. IHO was subsequently acquired by Aetna Inc USA in 2015.

Sikand is currently focusing on their latest venture, Goals101. Launched in 2016, Goals101 is quickly becoming the largest provider of preventative health care plans in India. The company is present in 35 cities and has a medical network of more than 15,000 doctors.

Visham Sikand has a degree in chemical engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Chandigarh, India. Visham also has an MBA in finance and marketing from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon. Additionally, they are an alumnus of Harvard Business School's PLD program in general management.
