Mallory Cayez

Mallory (Block) Cayez is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director of the Global People Team at GOAT Group since April 2022, overseeing global people strategy, programs, and learning & development. Previously, Mallory held various roles at Slalom from January 2014 to April 2022, culminating in the position of Director of Global Talent Management, where responsibilities included managing career development and performance programs for a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees. Mallory's earlier experience includes positions at Towers Watson, specializing in human capital engagements, and at the Wisconsin Optometric Association as Communications Director. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
