Johan Rogebrant

Johan Rogebrant has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology, finance, and sales sectors. Johan is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (acting) at MATCHi, where they lead the commercial teams and is part of the management team. Previously, they held the position of Chief Growth Officer at MATCHi, where they oversaw the company's global expansion and growth strategies.

Before joining MATCHi, Johan was a shareholder, co-founder, and Chief Commercial Officer at Goava, a tech startup in the Sales Intelligence sector. Johan played a crucial role in the company's commercial organization, expansion into new markets, and scaling the organization from 3 to 35 employees. Additionally, Johan was Head Of Sales and Co-Founder at Goava, responsible for creating and implementing the company's go-to-market plan and establishing investor relations.

Prior to their roles at Goava, Johan worked as a Country Sales Manager at Atradius, one of the largest trade credit insurance companies. Johan also served as the Head of Enterprise Accounts at Wasa Kredit AB, where they shaped and structured the department, developed new solutions, and managed the largest accounts.

Earlier in their career, Johan was the Nordic Key Account Manager at StudentConsulting, one of Sweden's largest recruitment companies for young professionals. Johan was responsible for key customers in the financial sector.

Johan's experience also includes working as the Head of Sales and Product Owner at Hi3G Access AB, where they implemented a new sales channel and recruited and trained staff. Johan also served as the Head of Sales (Direct Sales) at Com Hem AB.

Throughout their career, Johan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving growth and successful market expansion.

Johan Rogebrant pursued their Master's degree in Business Finance at IHM Business School from 2008 to 2010.
