Kritagya Tripathi

Kritagya Tripathi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at GobbleCube since December 2024, Kritagya previously held the position of Head of Customer Experience at WizCommerce from November 2022 to August 2024, where leadership of a diverse team led to significant improvements in customer onboarding efficiency. Kritagya's role as Customer Success Lead at Classplus from October 2020 to November 2022 further exemplified a commitment to enhancing the customer journey, achieving a dramatic reduction in onboarding time.
