Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business design, operating model design, and strategic business reviews. Currently serving as the Director of Business Design at Gobeyond Partners since June 2019, Paul has been instrumental in helping clients unlock their business potential. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at OEE Consulting from October 2002 to June 2019, including Associate Director of Business Design and Head of Strategy & Marketing, contributing significantly to customer experience transformation initiatives. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Videojet, Expo-Telektron Safety Systems, and FMC. Paul holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London.
