Isabelle de Melo

Isabelle de Melo has been involved in a variety of work experiences since 1992. Isabelle began their career as the Chief Financial Officer at GEMPLUS, where they were responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Tax with complete Finance teams in 10 countries. In 1998, they became a Consultant and Investor part-time while self-employed. In 2004, they became the Chief Financial Officer and VP Human Resource at PRIVATAIR, where they were part of the Latsis Group of Companies and a leader in business aviation. From 2009 to 2020, they were the COO at SETE- (Geneva) Family Office and Go Beyond, as well as a Business Angel Investor and Company Director at Go Beyond. Additionally, from 2013 to 2016, they were the COO at Genève Sport -Servette Football Club- Hockey and Rugby, where they were the right-hand person of Owner Hugh Quennec and participated in project follow up, set up of Rugby Club, recruitment, funding requests, and Football League budget follow up. Currently, they are the Co-Founder at Mo Angels and a Non-Executive Director at The IBL Group and AfrAsia Bank Limited.

Isabelle de Melo obtained their Masters in Management from HEC Paris in 1986, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Isabelle is currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance- Level 2- MIOD at the Open University of Mauritius, with a focus in Governance, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
