Penny Schiffer

Penny Schiffer has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Penny began their career as a Management Consultant (Project Manager) at Accenture AG. In 2008, they moved on to Swisscom, where they worked as a Head of Startup Initiatives and Senior Strategy & Innovation Manager. From 2012 to 2017, they were an Early Stage Angel Investor and Deal Lead at Go Beyond. During this time, they also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Aequivalent SA. In 2018, they joined the Board of Enterprise Bot. Since 2019, they have been the CEO & Co-founder of Raized.ai and an Accredited Startup Coach at Innosuisse - Swiss Innovation Agency.

Penny Schiffer has a diverse educational background. Penny obtained a BSc in Psychology from Bangor University in 1996-1996, a Diplom/Masters in Organizational Psychology from Universität Osnabrück in 1996-1999, an MBA in Business Integration (Boston University) from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in 2002-2004, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Integration from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2002-2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications from EPFL Innovation Park (Startup Board Member Academy, 2015), ZHAW School of Engineering (CAS System Technology, 2012), and Swiss Banking Institut @ Zurich University (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Company Valuation & Taxes, 2008).
