Rosa Barreda

Rosa Barreda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in labor market consulting, urban mobility, and environmental education. Since November 2019, Rosa has served as a Prospector Laboral at the Gobierno de Cantabria, focusing on job placement services, candidate selection, and advising companies on employment incentives. Prior to this role, Rosa worked at the Universidad de Cantabria from 2007 to 2019 as a researcher on various projects related to social behavior and urban sociology.
