Santiago Puga Duque

Santiago Puga Duque has extensive experience in administrative and digital archiving roles, currently serving as Jefe de Archivo Digital at Gobierno Provincial del Guayas since March 2015. Concurrently, Santiago holds the position of Jefe administrativo at Tinacorp S.A., a role started in 2010, and previously served as Gerente General at Tinacorp S.A. from May 2006 to May 2015. Santiago completed a Bachelor of Engineering in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo between 2006 and 2013.
