Julianne Rowan is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Brightside since June 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Accolade, Inc. from 2017 to 2023, where Julianne held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Success, Senior Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Partnerships, and Senior Manager of Customer Partnerships. Earlier, Julianne worked as a Senior Account Executive at Connect Your Care and as a Strategic Account Executive at HealthEquity. Julianne’s career began at FranklinCovey as a Sales Executive from 2007 to 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and History from Lewis & Clark College, earned from 2003 to 2007.
