Gabriel Viana is an Integration Engineer at GoCache since October 2020. With a background as a Systems Analyst and Technical Support, Gabriel has experience in maintenance and monitoring of Linux servers, integration automation, vulnerability analysis, and log analysis. Currently, Gabriel excels in intermediating relations with clients and development teams, utilizing their expertise in integrations and the High Touch method to ensure successful connections with GoCache API. Gabriel's best project involved implementing security measures in a FinTech in Brazil and enhancing customer experience for GoCache clients through documentation and integration expertise. Gabriel is currently pursuing a degree in Analysis and Systems Development at Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP.
