Jennifer Marx

Jennifer Marx has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a co-creator, content contributor, and peer mentor at the Leukaemia Foundation since October 2022. Previous roles include Team Lead, Channel Manager, and Senior Account Manager for APAC at GoCanvas, along with a Client Success Manager position at Engage Australia Pty Ltd. Jennifer's background also features significant experience at Salmat and its subsidiary Salmat Interactive in various account management roles, and early career positions at Dialect Interactive and Customcall. Jennifer holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing from ADMA IQ and a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
