Denisse Zavala

Denisse Zavala has a strong background in engineering and software development. Denisse began their career at Definity First in 2009 as a Software Engineer. After that, they worked at BJSS as a Consultant Developer from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Denisse joined Pivotal Labs as a Senior Software Engineer, and then moved into the role of Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2018. Denisse was promoted to Associate Director of Engineering in 2018 and held that position until 2020. Currently, Denisse is working at GoCardless, starting as an Engineering Manager in 2020 and then moving up to the role of Senior Engineering Manager. As of November 2021, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at GoCardless.
