Elina Delidou (she/her)

Elina Delidou has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2018, they started their career at Adecco as a Tech Recruitment Specialist, where they focused on finding suitable candidates and making efficient placements. Elina later took on the role of Senior Tech Recruitment Specialist before leaving in April 2021.

From April 2021 to February 2022, Elina worked at TikTok as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, they developed talent pipelines and utilized various sourcing techniques to identify top talents for Technology, Product, and User Interface positions.

In 2022, Elina joined Adobe as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer for EMEA and played an integral role in sourcing talent for Non-Technical Sales roles and reducing external agency utilization. Elina also led projects focused on diversity and inclusion, resulting in increased representation in the hiring process.

Elina briefly worked as a Technical Recruiter at Meta in May and June 2022 before joining Google DeepMind as a Program Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for hiring technical roles across various EMEA projects and engaged in full-cycle recruitment activities.

Most recently, Elina has taken on the role of Client Onboarding Specialist - New Era of Payments at GoCardless, starting in July 2023. Elina'sresponsibilities in this position involve facilitating one-off, automated, and recurring payments for clients, eliminating late payments, customer chasing, stress, and expensive fees.
