Jess Osborn

VP Customer Success, International at GoCardless

Jess Osborn has extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. Currently, Jess is serving as the VP Customer Success, International at GoCardless, where they lead a global team of 30 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure the success of top customers. Prior to this, Jess held the position of Vice President of Global Customer Success Management at GoCardless, responsible for leading the global team of CSMs and ensuring the success of the top 2,000 customers.

Before joining GoCardless, Jess worked at findhelp as the Director of Customer Success, where they built the Customer Success team and led customer organizations in various sectors to connect individuals with valuable resources.

Prior to findhelp, Jess worked at Blackbaud as the Director of Customer Success Onboarding & Adoption. In this role, they enabled Customer Success Managers across all market segments and geographies with strategic programs to help customers succeed with Blackbaud solutions. Jess was also instrumental in consolidating multiple Customer Success organizations into one "Center of Excellence".

Jess also had a notable tenure at Bazaarvoice, where they served as the Interim Director Client Success EMEA, overseeing the health and success of strategic global accounts. They also held the role of Manager of Enterprise Client Success EMEA, managing a portfolio of leading global brands and implementing a new client services model that improved retention. Additionally, Jess worked as a Client Success Director, managing portfolios of top retailers and brands and contributing to significant increases in site conversions.

Earlier in their career, Jess served as an Account Manager at Bulldog Solutions, a B2B marketing agency, and as a Senior Account Manager at Apogee Search, an internet marketing firm. They gained expertise in managing client projects and executing successful marketing strategies.

Jess's work experience also includes a staff member role at Camp Longhorn.

Jess Osborn received a High School Diploma from Alamo Heights in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Jess attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 2006, Jess briefly studied European History and Spanish at Suffolk University Madrid Campus.
