Kit M. has a diverse work background with experience in customer support, freelance writing, and technical administration. Starting in 2000, Kit worked as a Customer Support representative for UBS Warburg before moving on to Visa Europe in 2003, where they handled various customer queries and played a role in major projects for the company. In 2013, Kit joined The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as an eLogbook Technical Administrator, also taking on the responsibility of Web Help Desk Manager. Kit then pursued freelance writing from 2019 to 2020, dedicating their time to writing projects. Since 2021, Kit has been working at GoCardless as a Customer Support Specialist, primarily assisting merchants with issues related to Direct Debit and Instant Bank Payment offerings. They also provide support to internal colleagues and handle administrative tasks. Kit is fluent in French and possesses technical knowledge, communication skills, and excellent organization and time-management abilities.
