Lauren Redford-Smith has a diverse work experience history. Lauren started their career in 2014 as a Marketing Intern at IMG, where they gained research, analysis, and event logistics skills. In 2015, they worked as a Volunteer Research Assistant at UNSW Australia, where they assisted with study protocols, data entry, and documentation organization.
