Lena T.

Lena T. has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at GoCardless, which they started in August 2021. Prior to this, Lena worked as a People and Culture consultant in 2020. Lena also served as an Awards Judge for the Business Culture Awards starting from May 2016.

Before that, Lena held various positions at innocent drinks, including Europe Head of People from February 2019 to November 2020, Group Head of Talent from February 2016 to January 2019, Group Head of Partnering from January 2014 to February 2016, and Europe People Partner & Business Manager from November 2011 to December 2013.

Lena's work experience also includes roles at NHS, where they were a Senior HR Business Partner and Change Manager from August 2008 to October 2011, and a participant in the National HR Graduate Management Training Scheme from September 2006 to July 2008. Lena worked as an HR Project Officer at L'Oreal from November 2005 to August 2006, and had a Summer Internship at Credit Suisse from July 2005 to September 2005.

Lena T. pursued their education at Queen Mary University of London, where they completed their undergraduate studies from 2001 to 2005. During their time there, they obtained a degree with a 2:1 grade in French & Management. Subsequently, in 2009, Lena attended Middlesex University to pursue a Masters degree in HRM, specializing in Change & Organisational Development.
