Neha's work experience begins with their role as a Senior Frontend Developer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Front End Software Engineer at GoCardless from 2020, where they contributed to the Instant Bank Payment project. Before that, Neha worked at Red Hat from 2016 to 2020, starting as a Front End Engineer and later becoming a Senior Front End Engineer. During their time at Red Hat, they contributed to the Openshift console project and worked on the storage dashboard. At Globant, from 2014 to 2016, Neha served as a Software Engineer, working at client location EMC2, where they built user interfaces for server backup and management. Neha'scareer began at PubMatic in 2013 as a Software Engineer, where they specialized in writing UI components.

From 2009 to 2013, Neha pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science at the Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
