Jordan Miller

Jordan Miller is a highly experienced professional with over a decade of experience in operations, customer experience, and process improvement. Jordan began their career in 2009 as a Business Analyst at DaVita, where they evaluated existing processes and identified opportunities to increase productivity and reduce waste. In 2014, they moved to Entrada, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, where they made a number of process changes that resulted in dramatic reductions in closure times and volume. In 2017, they joined NextGen Healthcare as the Director of Operations, where they provided leadership to the Documentation Services team and worked to provide an excellent onboarding experience and sustain the productivity benefits of the NextGen Mobile solution. In 2021, they joined GoCheck Kids as Vice President of Customer Operations.

Jordan Miller attended Tennessee Technological University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
