Scott McCale

Scott McCale, MBA, has over 28 years of work experience in Human Resources and related fields. Scott began their career in 1993 at TMC HealthCare as a Recruiter and Employee Benefits Specialist, as well as an ER Tech/Nursing Assistant. In 2000, they joined Old Tucson Studios as Human Resources & Security Manager, responsible for managing all Human Resources and Security functions. In 2002, they became the Director of Human Resources and Associate Director of Human Resources at Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2015, they were appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources at Scientific Learning. In 2021, they were named Head of Human Resources at Smart USA Co, where they were responsible for building the HR function from the ground up and setting the organization up for success. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of People & Culture at GoCheck Kids.

Scott McCale has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002. Scott also has several certifications from LinkedIn, including Applied AI for Human Resources (obtained in October 2020), How Blockchains Will Change Business (obtained in October 2020), HR and Digital Transformation (obtained in September 2020), Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D (obtained in August 2020), and Coaching for Results (obtained in August 2018).
