Regina Lovelace

Regina Lovelace, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management at Herbalife, having held various leadership roles within the organization since September 2018, including Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and DEI. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Regina has led the development and implementation of comprehensive global strategies, managing vendor relationships and improving recruitment efficiency across multiple regions. Prior to Herbalife, Regina was the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Monster Energy and served as a Talent Acquisition Practice Leader at Concentrus. Regina's industry involvement includes serving as a Board Member for TALK, the largest organization of Talent Acquisition professionals. Regina holds an MBA in Marketing from Capella University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance from California State University, Long Beach and California State University-Dominguez Hills.
