Sheri Henderson

Global Director Of Partner And Customer Experience at Go City®

Sheri Henderson has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2011 to present, they have been working at Go City® where they started as a Sr. Operations Manager for the West Coast and Australia. In this role, they were responsible for partner relations, training, and customer service. Sheri then moved on to become a Sr. Manager of Partner Experience for North America, where they helped redefine and rebuild the operations department during a global pandemic. Sheri also managed a team of remote support specialists and provided support to sales and trade teams. Currently, they are the Director of Partner Care at Go City®, where their responsibilities are not specified.

Before joining Go City®, Sheri worked at Inspyre Solutions Inc. as a US Site Supervisor from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they were an Efficiency Manager at Singlefin Protection Management Services from 2004 to 2009. Sheri also held the position of Manager of Business Development Center, Account Management, and ISO Coordinator at Newgen Results Corporation from 1999 to 2004.
