Kristina Thomas

Kristina Thomas has a diverse work history in the field of network administration and data provisioning. Kristina began their career at Radiant Communications, where they served as a Service Coordinator, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer orders. Kristina then transitioned to a Technical Support Representative role before becoming a Network Administrator. In 2019, they joined GoCo as a Network Administrator and later advanced to the position of Team Lead, overseeing network administration. In 2022, they became the Manager of Network Solutions & Design, responsible for managing network solutions. Currently, Kristina holds the role of Director, Data Provisioning and Delivery at GoCo.

Kristina Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Networking and Telecommunications, from Auckland University of Technology. Kristina also has a background in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2022.
