Nichola Roche

As Director, Spa & Wellness, Nichola Roche brings over 18 years of experience in the wellness industry to the GOCO Hospitality team. With a background in naturopathy, Ayurveda, spa, reflexology and other holistic therapies, she has a unique perspective towards training and operational guidance of GOCO Spas in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, her experience in management enables her to provide expert leadership and spa curation for all client and GOCO-branded spas, retreats and clubs.

With a record of impressive achievements, Nichola has won numerous awards related to spa treatment design, curation and management. Key milestones include being part of the pre-opening development team for the largest medical spa in Asia and being awarded Spa Personality of the Year in 2012. Roche’s extensive background allows her to draw experience from numerous pre-opening, operational, marketing and creative assignments at some of the world’s most luxurious destinations, such as Global Director and Director of New Product Development at AMAN Spa, Regional Spa & Wellness Director for SET Hotels, Spa Director of ESPA Life for Corinthia London and Consultant and General Manager for the The London Medical Spa. She also has experience in single-handedly conceptualising award-winning spa menus and unique spa concepts.
