Laura Messerschmitt

President, GoDaddy International Independents at GoDaddy

Laura leads GoDaddy's International Division, where she is responsible for the strategy, marketing, and operations of GoDaddy's business in 150 markets worldwide. She joined GoDaddy in 2012 when her startup, Outright, was acquired. Prior to her current role, she led customer care and sales for GoDaddy and founded GoDaddy’s Customer Experience team. Laura serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Women in Tech group and has served as a mentor for the Department of State’s TechWomen Program since 2017, where she mentors women from Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia who are pursuing careers in STEM. In 2019, she represented GoDaddy in a State Department delegation to Uzbekistan to promote women in technology. Laura has spent most of her career working with small businesses, Previously, she was at Intuit, leading product management for key small business product lines, and at Deloitte Consulting. Laura graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Mathematics and received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
