Paul Nicks

President, Domain Registrars and Investors at GoDaddy

Paul joined GoDaddy in April 2007 as the development lead of CashParking and brought experience as an engineering generalist in SQL database management and front-end engineering for ASP and .Net technologies with his arrival. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Aftermarket – a role he held for over six years. In his time with the company, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope in GoDaddy’s Aftermarket area of the business, including engineering and later the product side of the house.

In his current role, Paul oversees all areas of GoDaddy domains, registrar, corporate, and investors. Throughout his long tenure with the company, Paul has been passionate about customers and their experiences with GoDaddy's products and services. From making domain name investors more money to continuing to focus on experimentation, his mission remains constant: Help customers find not just any domain, but the right domain.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Capella University, and his Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
