Erik Welch has a diverse work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Erik started their career at Goldberg Moser O'Neill in 1999 as a Project Manager. Erik then worked at GMO/HHSF, where they held multiple roles from 1999 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Godfrey Q as a Partner and Production Director. At Godfrey Q, Erik was responsible for brand strategy development, creative execution, media planning, and optimization. Erik played a key role in creating brand stories and content that brought clarity to complex marketing challenges. Erik also crafted engagement strategies that drove significant business results for clients. Currently, Erik is a Partner and Production Director at Godfrey Dadich Partners, where they continue their dedication to creativity and delivering emotional experiences for big business and consumers.
Erik Welch began their education in 1993 at California State University, Chico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Erik completed their studies there in 1994. In the following year, from 1994 to 1997, Erik attended UC Santa Barbara, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology.
