Lisa Baard

Lisa Baard currently serves as Chief People Officer at Godfrey Hirst, a position held since November 2022, and previously worked as National People and Culture Manager at Homage from November 2021 to November 2022. With substantial experience in the people and culture sector, Lisa held the role of Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Allity Aged Care from June 2018 to November 2021, and prior to that, worked as Contractor Engagement Manager and Human Resource Business Partner at Skybridge Group Pty Ltd. Earlier roles include Business/HR Consultant at FARM-FRESH.COM.AU, Internal Recruiter at Linfox, and National Manager for IT Recruitment at Univity. Lisa began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HOBAN Recruitment and has also worked in various HR capacities since 2005. Lisa holds an Honours Bcom in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Stellenbosch University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
