Elles Skony is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic advisor with an extensive background in HR and people management. As the Founder of Organized Chaos Consulting and Fractional People People, Elles collaborates with CEOs and founders to enhance leadership teams and shape company culture. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Petite Plume Luxury Sleepwear and previously at Catch Co., Elles has played a pivotal role in driving organizational priorities and developing talent strategies. Additional advisory roles include contributions to ChangeEngine, GoDo, and Retreat, focusing on product development and strategic guidance. Elles holds a degree in Psychology from Purdue University and has a minor in Communications, further complemented by diverse educational experiences in London and Illinois.
