Tiana Wasinger

Tiana Wasinger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Tiana is currently the Director of Franchise Operations at GoDog, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Level 5 Capital Partners, where they served as Director of Franchise Operations from January 2023 to July 2023. Tiana also held the role of Senior Manager, Franchise Operations at Level 5 Capital Partners from February 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Level 5 Capital Partners, Tiana worked at Big Blue Swim School as a Franchise Operations Manager & New Pool Opening Manager from October 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for project management and scaling the new pool opening process.

From 2016 to 2020, Tiana held various positions at CorePower Yoga. Tiana started as a Studio Manager at CorePower Westminster from February 2016 to June 2018, where they managed all aspects of studio success and built a strong community. Tiana then served as the New Studio Opening Operations Manager from June 2018 to January 2020, where they oversaw new studio openings and refined the opening playbook.

Tiana also has experience outside of the fitness industry. Tiana worked as an Account Manager at Caldwell & Kerr Advertising | An Affinitiv Company from October 2014 to October 2015, where they oversaw multi-million dollar client accounts and managed marketing projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Membership Data and Statistics Coordinator at RE/MAX in 2014.

Tiana's earlier work experience includes roles such as Leasing Consultant at Shea Properties in 2013, Intern at 303 Magazine in 2013, Front Desk Coordinator at Salon Cosabella from 2010 to 2013, and Barista at Starbucks from 2008 to 2009.

Tiana Wasinger completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Colorado State University in 2009 without obtaining a degree or declaring a field of study. Tiana also holds a certification as a Certified Yoga Instructor from Core Power Yoga.
