Adrija Jha

Adrija Jha began their career as an intern at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited where they underwent training in investigation methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry. After that, they transitioned to a role as a Scientist at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where they are responsible for formulation, evaluation, and consumer testing of hair colour shades. Currently working as a Research Fellow, Adrija continues to work on hair colour formulations, vendor interaction, sensorial evaluation, and cost optimization. They are also a member of an in-house olfactory evaluation panel and involved in preparing dossiers for packaging endorsement of household insecticides.
