Jyoti Prakash Mallick

Jyoti Prakash Mallick is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as AVP HR and Head of Centers of Excellence at Godrej Properties Limited since April 2024, Jyoti has previously held significant roles within the Godrej Group, including Head of Rewards, Talent, and Learning. Prior experience includes positions at ITC Limited as Assistant Manager of Human Resources and a summer internship at Microsoft. Jyoti started a career in technology as a System Engineer at Infosys, contributing to the Enterprise Billing System for Aetna, Inc.
