Megha Goel

Megha Goel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Properties Limited since April 2020, Megha also heads Organization Effectiveness and HR Business Partnering. Prior to this, Megha held the position of Head of HR for the Animal Feeds Business at Godrej Agrovet Limited, where responsibilities included partnering with the CEO to drive people strategy for a major segment of the business. Prior roles include General Manager for Performance & Rewards at Godrej Industries and positions at JPMorgan Chase, Britannia Industries, and Akzo Nobel Coatings, focusing on compensation, benefits, HR operations, and strategic HR management. Megha holds an MBA in Human Resources from SCMHRD and a B.Tech in Chemical Technology from ICT, Mumbai.
