Annette Klein is a seasoned cultural program curator and manager with extensive experience in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving at Goethe-Institut Boston since 2004, Annette oversees the development and execution of over 50 cultural and educational events annually, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance international cultural understanding. Annette also held the role of Acting Managing Director at Studio 170, where major organizational milestones were achieved, including the establishment of IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Previous roles include Cultural Programs Manager in Nairobi, where Annette managed projects in collaboration with artists and cultural organizations, and a professional musician with significant teaching experience. Annette holds a Master of Arts in viola performance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Musikhochschule Freiburg, among other educational credentials.
