After that, Betty worked as a consultant at Selshi Strategic Marketing, leading strategic methodologies to drive sales and brand awareness for various clients. Betty successfully executed large-scale social media campaigns and onsite activations for well-known brands. Betty then joined Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing as a Human Resources Representative, where they collaborated with a team responsible for full-cycle HR operations.
