François Knuchel

François Knuchel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitating organizational transformation, generative dialogue, and cultural integration. As Director at OPEN 2 FLOW since 2010, Knuchel focuses on creating inclusive spaces for community dialogue to address pressing societal issues. Knuchel co-founded the GOFISH! Collective and Human Organising Co, both aimed at empowering organizations to reinvent their structures and practices. Other roles include Managing Director at TRANSCULTURAL SYNERGY Ltd, International Collaboration Coordinator for Future of Work 24 Hours, and participation in the Global Alliance of Reinvention Professionals through the Reinvention Academy. Knuchel's earlier career included high-level positions in sales and executive training across various countries and industries. Academically, Knuchel holds degrees in Communication and Literature from McGill University and the University of Basel, alongside studies in Architecture at ETH Zürich.
