Josana Reviro Ignacio

Josana Reviro Ignacio is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as a Sr. Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at goFLUENT since August 2021. In this role, Josana focuses on identifying and hiring top talent to support growth across DACH and EMEA, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and fostering a dynamic company culture through various employee events. Prior to goFLUENT, Josana held the position of Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Home Credit Philippines, where recruitment efforts spanned leadership and rank-and-file positions across diverse operational units. Josana began the recruitment career at Foundever, working as a Recruitment Specialist and subsequently as a Recruitment Associate. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Josana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Makati.
