Alix Huntsman

Alix Huntsman currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at GoFreight, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Alix was the Senior Director of Customer Success at Workiz Inc. from February 2023 to March 2024. Alix also contributed to Odeko as the Head of Customer Experience and Cofounder/Chairperson of Pride at Odeko, alongside serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success & Enablement from August 2021 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes positions at ServiceTitan as Manager of Customer Success for New Markets and Senior Customer Success Manager, and as Customer Success Manager at Orderly by Siftit from April 2018 to February 2019. Alix Huntsman holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
