Therese Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Therese is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at GoFrendly since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Consultant at PwC Sverige from September 2021 to March 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Therese held roles at Fortum including Business Developer and Head of Strategy & Business Development. Therese also served as a Board Member of the Policyholder board at Skandia from 2015 to 2021.

Therese has also worked at Nordic Entertainment Group as the Head of Content Optimization and Curation and as a Customer Experience Strategist. Additionally, they worked at EasyPark Group as a Product Manager & Global Roll-out Manager.

Earlier in their career, Therese gained experience as a Management Consultant at Avanti Corporate Development and Deloitte. At Deloitte, they developed fundamental project management, problem solving, and presentation skills.

Therese started their professional journey as the Vice President of LundaEkonomerna, managing the union for all students attending Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Throughout their career, Therese has acquired a range of skills including customer-centricity, business development, strategy, and project management.

Therese Johansson's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Sven Eriksongymnasiet and obtained a Bilingual Diploma in International Baccalaureate. In 2006, they briefly studied at Don Quijote to learn Spanish. Subsequently, Johansson pursued a BSc degree in Corporate finance from an unidentified institution from 2007 to 2010. Finally, they attended Lunds universitet from 2010 to 2011, where they completed an MSc degree in Corporate and financial management.
