Kaity Jacobsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kaity began their career as an Administrative Support at Smith Hanley Associates in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at SpotHero before moving on to become an HR/Operations Manager at Bitium (acquired by Google) in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Wrike, starting as a People Operations and later becoming a Human Resources Generalist and then a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Classy as a Senior People Business Partner and later became the Lead People Business Partner before transitioning to GoFundMe as the Lead People Partner. Currently, they hold the role of Principal People Partner at GoFundMe and also continues their position as Principal People Business Partner at Classy, both since 2023. Throughout their career, they have contributed to the growth and development of various organizations, with a focus on people and HR management.

Kaity Jacobsen holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in the field of Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Arizona State University. Kaity is also certified as a LifeLabs Learning L&D Pro, with the certification obtained in 2023.
