Bonnie Willard

Bonnie Willard has a wealth of work experience across a range of industries. In 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer at GoGig, where they were responsible for leading marketing, customer success, strategic partnerships, government relations, product innovation and customer experience teams and initiatives. Bonnie also served as Head of Marketing, Strategic Alliances + Customer Success, where they built and maintained relationships with existing and prospective partners, oversaw digital marketing teams strategy and execution, managed the customer success program, and oversaw customer success team and project management. In the same year, they were also an Account Director at springbig, where they were part of the Client Success team and developed strong relationships with key clients.

Willard began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at the University of Tennessee Athletic Department, where they scheduled and directed NCAA basketball halftime productions and managed tours of UT’s Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling Arena facilities. Bonnie also worked as a Promotions Intern at Fleishman-Hillard and a Group Sales Intern at the Florida Panthers.

In 2011, Willard joined Girlilla Marketing as an Account Manager and was promoted to Account Director in 2013 due to their lead role for high-level clients. In 2016, they became an Account Manager, Managed Services at ion interactive, a ScribbleLive solution, and an Account Manager at Office Depot. In the same year, they were also a Customer Success Manager at ion interactive, a ScribbleLive solution, where they provided the highest level of leadership and service to customers.

Bonnie Willard earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2011, majoring in Public Relations and Business Administration. Bonnie also holds a certification from YouTube.
